How to create and set up Bitget API key with Wick Hunter

In this article, you will learn how to set up and link your Bitget API key to the Wick Hunter platform.

Wick Hunter is a trading bot software that provides a consolidated interface to trade on multiple cryptocurrency exchanges, along with various exclusive tools not offered by the exchanges.

1. Navigate to https://www.bitget.com/en/

2. Click "API Management".

3. Click "Create API key".

4. Click "Notes" and name your API Key.

5. Create a "Passphrase". Make sure you remember this. You will need it later on when adding the API Key to Wick Hunter.

6. Go to the Wick Hunter "Exchange Page" and Click "Connect Account". Here you will copy the IP Addresses.

7. Paste the IP Addresses you just copied into the "Link IP Addresses". This will make it so only Wick Hunter can use these keys.

8. Enabled "Trade" Permission. Do NOT EVER enable "Withdraw".

9. Confirm both your email verification code and Google Authenticator.

10. Click "Next".

11. Select "BitGet" as the Exchange.

12. Copy your Access API Key.

13. Paste your "Access API Key".

14. Copy your "Secret Key".

15. Paste your "Secret Key".

16. Pick a Group. Default is fine if you are not adding multiple accounts on the same exchange to do copy trading.

17. Enter the "Passphrase" that you created when your made your API Key.

18. Click "Connect".
